    In a video they said something about offhand weapons will be provided but they never mentioned it further to my knowledge. I kinda doubt they will allow double rapiers though because in real life double rapiers are very tricky and it would be very overpowered.

    I read somewhere that duel wielding chaotics wouldnt be happening, then again people are clearly duel wielding ccb's in videos. I cant remember exaxctly where i read this though, im fairly sure it was a semi/reputable source im really thinking i saw it somewhere on og blog. I hope to god they do not allow duel wielded chaotics in the finished product; way too OP. Also duel wielded crossbows are just silly considering the existing crossbows are clearly not self loading, TBH i think this whole duel wielding thing is just pretty goofy altogether took what remaining realism that was in the game and chunked it out the window. Im really interested in the update as a whole as it looks like pvm is going to be made alot more fun.

    It'll be a lot more fun, but a lot more effort and a lot harder to bot. You only get xp after you have killed a monster and only decent xp if they are a siginificantly higher combat level than you. That restricts the type of monsters that any higher level players will actually find worth fighting for xp. It'll also make it impossible for f2p players to get any decent combat xp.

    Bot your combat skills as high as you can before the bot nuke and update is what a lot of people are doing, despite the fact that it is risky.

    overloads do not have a hebrlore requirement to drink in beta, is that on purpose? Will it be like that when it goes live?

    I don't remember how it was done, but it gives 10K exp in 3 seconds and can do so many times you want.

    i wonder whats going to happen with collecting charms due to the fact that it takes way to long as it is in actual rs it doubled in time it takes now in beta.... they better fix it... if not increase charm rates and make it faster....

    If they have made it nearly impossible to hybrid... then how on earth do we fight each other???

    If I am melee and a mage attacks me, I want to switch out my black d'hide armour.... If I cant do that then mage automatically wins whatever happens.

    Also in the offensive abilities there is just too much emphasis on dual wielding.

    They won't scrap it, it would ruin them to throw away all the work they did. Plus you can't really hate it until it comes out. It's still a beta so you should wait until you make your opinions.

    Does anybody have any idea on how this will affect summoning and prayer. Particularly Turmoil, Steel Titans and Pack Yak. If anybody could tell me how they were directly affected I'd be much obliged.

    So a pure with 99 summoning and every combat level maxed except defense would be really effective? And thanks for the quick answer:)
    Edit: Are extremes/overlords still worth the cash?

    The most frustrating thing about the Beta is that chaotic weapons seem to dominate even more, meaning the tradeable weapons to drop in price. Not to mention Claws / godswords are pretty useless now.. Would be awesome if they only released the Evo of Combat for certain worlds, much like the quick chat worlds. Half evo of combat, half normal.

    mage pures already rape atm in beta.. but yeah it would epic

    and you can only drink ovls if you have 96 herb like any other pot.. u gotta drink if u have lvl except supers i think

    ^this, mage's are the best in the beta right now because there are not a lot of people going around and ranging. EVERYONE has Torva and items like that and tries to go and fight the mage's which they are weaker to.
