Lol @ Oscars Mixup

Just in case you live under a rock and didn't hear about the Oscars best picture award mixup, I'll fill you in.

They announced La La Land as best picture and as the crew started their acceptance speech, they were cut off and told that a mistake had been made and Moonlight was actually supposed to receive the award.

Some people are saying that it was staged to get people talking about the awards ceremony again after years of declining viewership.

What do you think?

 

Steve Harvey paid them to goof up so he wasn't the only one to give out the award to the wrong winner on live television

 

Honestly I think the conspiracy talk is a bunch of garbage. Can't imagine how angry the crew for La LA Land was, although I always figured they were actually told in advance whether they'd won or not. That theory's out the window

 

No you're totally right, I dont know WTF i wouldve done in that position. Shit is crazy
