I exceeded my PM space as soon as I resigned (my allowance dropped to 500), and I don't really have the time to clear out 1000+ messages to begin using the PM system again. But if you see this, would I be able to have this applied as my UI?

Nah, the main reason I'm against clearing it is because I save quite a few important messages with account and transaction details/information - but they're scattered throughout the whole thing. Fiddlesticks!
