A question about donating.

Hey, I'm posting this in the wrong section I know.
The reason I don't post this in the Community General is because it doesnt let me post because it says its a moderator-only section ?
Well here we go:

Hello guys & girls.
I'm about to donate like $25 and I have two questions ^^
Question #1:
If I donate $25, and the next time I will donate another $25, do I get the $50 donator rank?
Question #2: Am I able to donate money from Belgium by Mail?

Question #2: Unsure, but it could work.

2. I imagine so, although you will need to send USD.

 

You can send €'s. You will need to include 5€ fee for the money exchange though.
