Watch out guys

Unfortunatly, the thing i thought i was great at avoiding, happened. A 138 named "Ace Mak" asked me to join a PvM clan named. "Watch out Nex", i see this as a regular oppurtinity to join a clan. He askes me if i have skype. I dont. He tells me to get it right now.

I see why hes picked me... my acc is lvl 115 with a relativly large amount of cash. 90M from a 115 is not bad....

Anyways. I get skype downloaded. He tells me to add "fallen17753". Downloaded and added. We talk on the message system. I notice he will not shut up about going to the thread to log into RS and apply on the forums...

I shrug it off. I click the link, It take me to the log in page and i notice that it wont load alot of the pictures. I tell him this seems odd. And he says my cache is stuffy. I realize thats probably it and continue to my log in. But instead of it taking me to the forum i thought i was linked to. It took me to a another sign in page.

Right then and there i knew i had just messed up. I realize i need to get to my password change page quickly. I change it to *********. It says password change request accepted. I didnt try to login to his Phishing page agian so i have no idea how he managed to still take it. Anyways. They satrt bribing me to come to W70 becase theres a blue in the drop party. I know what this is and tell them "im not logging off right now.".

They then realzie i know i guess and d'c me To where i for some reason disconnected to the log in page. I try to log in with the password i had made last and it says invalid. The kid named "gabor" turns his sound card on, and says "thanks for the account numb nuts", and his friend who was in there as well says "retard". My heart drops and i now know its all gone. Guys if anyone asks you to join a PvM clan on skype. Ignore it. I realize you guys are probably amzing at avoidding this stuff, but i apparently wasen't. Im currently trying to recover my account. But he said something to me about.

Just watch out for this guys. Dont be as gullible as me :/, dont be fucking stupid and get phished, read the web page name carefully.

I don't trust anyone and I don't even want to use skype because a lot of scammers ask people for that. Anyways, gl and don't worry shit happens.

I hope to God you have an email on there so you can recover it within a matter of minutes. But all of your items are gone. That's for sure.

i had an email registerd but its an old hotmail that has so many facebook noticications it shut it self down. Not it didnt say Java mate....

and no i dont hae it back yet. It been pending for over 14 hours, and i put it in stolen password.

Happened to me too, I consider myself phising immune but there was this norwegian guy (I'm also Norwegian) that wanted me to join hes clan, basicly he did the same thing and gave me a forum link. Second I clicked login I realized I had just sold myself to phishing, so I immediately changed PW and scanned my comp (I kno its not needed but I paniced) so I got away, feel bad for you.

Yeah they cleaned me. entirely. sadly im quitting runescape. I always needed to quit. This can be my reason.
