I need someone to buy me a prepaid visa i think it is like 20 dollars then u givee me the numbers on them so i can verify my paypal then i send you 30 dollars via paypal since i have like 90 just sittin there..

first of all it is not allowed because credit card trades are not allowed and technically prepaid cards are still credit cards and second you would probably have to pay more than 5 dollers in gas so you wouldn't make any money off of that

 

seeing how he is not trying to make money off of getting a prepaid card, then gtfo.

Its not like he is asking someone to make a special trip to walmart, and do it just for him..he is implying that if you are there, you could pick him up one and he'd pay.

i have the same problem. i just ask friends that are in the usa and ask them to get me one. also my friend has a brother who works as a manager at wal mart so he just gets them from there for free he atually steals them

 

although it is illegal to do that... i sitll do that
