PowerBot & Nexus ETA - what happened?

Powerbot's ETA was 6th of December IIRC and Nexus was in around the same time but I don't see anything posted about it.

Anybody hear any updates?

 

Powerbot's bumped back to 1/16

I wouldn't expect powerbot coming back, Jagex changed fonts, two days later they made it so your compass will move 10% an hour, the normal player may not notice it, but it totally fucks up non-reflection bots(that aren't sitting at the bank). Next, they made the font change very very slightly every 30minutes, it could be 1/10th of a mm, it still messes up the bots. They also implemented the 6 hour update thing.

 

the only thing that still fuks over color bot is the 6 hour thing, which we could solve and rid could even easier solve by manually reload.

We already fixed font and compass so its all good

And yea, we aren't really hindered at all, as some people think.

 

It's going to take time as everyone is saying Jagex added a lot of new things to implement. Will someone explain the 6 hour thing?

 

It's when rs updates every 6 hours I think. If you download crash smart it goes right by that

 

I still have hope for Powerbot. I'm not sure about Nexus though.

Nexus hasnt set an ETA their response was pretty much

when its done, its done

 

Bots wont be back for a while don't count on them...

 

dont hold your breath, botting will never be like it was this summer, give it another year or so and bots will be back, but for the time being, move on.

 

I think it's time to throw in the towel on this.

date is now the 16th I believe.

 

I'm not too confident nexus will be returning. Impsoft is already in a lawsuit and they've made bank. Would be smart for them to exit now with a ton of profit and not reinvest in development.

Powerbot on the other hand will probably be back but who knows how good it will be or how long it will take.

 

Nexus never had an official ETA.
