The look of Sythe!

Every forum I've ever been on has always raged when the layout changes slightly (then they adjust like a week later lol). Personally I don't see anything wrong with the current layout

 

It looks good the way it is, not too professional boring and not too kiddy. I personally nerd rage that a 2011 member comes in and wants to change it. Like said above, give people the options to chose different layouts would be cool. Otherwise no support

A new look would be absolutely fantastic, but Sythe has been blue all over as far as I can remember.

I'm pretty sure that a lot of old school members will start to complain...

 

I like it, how its simple. Not like all those other blackmarket sites obsessed with Graphics

 

For people who want to change the look / theme, there should be a color chooser to select from some most common colors.
* Blue (Original)
* Green
* Red
Etc...

 

I personally like the simple blue theme. However the banner is due for a change.

 

Would support this.. it all gets bland after awhile, even if the standard site theme wasn't changed much, i could go for some more custom themes, that we would be able to switch somewhat like the themes we have to switch in between at this point.

 

Kinaesthetic, I love most of your graphics work, but I also really like the current site design.

I'd like the site to remain the same as the default and for new people coming, but I'd have no problem with adding more display options

 

oh please, you've only just got active in 2011. His opinion isnt less valid because he thinks the theme could change.

 

To be quite honest, the banner's fine, you just need to change the font up a bit, etc. However the forum design itself, it could use a little tweaking.

 

I like how it looks now tbh.

Maybe an option for people to change the background colour to what they want.. (could even be a donator perk).

Everything else is fine in my opinion.

 

I wouldn't mind a light color (white and maybe secondary as black or blue) background.

 

It alright, maybe a bit basic but whatever. However change is always good.

Nice Idea, assuming you did it for free, OFC, I wouldn't want my donation money going to something so unnecessary, but it would definitely be nice if you worked something out with matthew, and made it optional so all the fags could change back.

I'm sorry but I don't support. It's too perfect now and like many people said about facebook. If it's not broken, please don't fix it.

 

sythes fine the way it is, the I love the blue forum and can recognize sythe across a lecture hall lol, its perfect the way it is !

 

Colour change would have to be on the darker end of greys/black or already made posts would be made unreadable. I definitely support a background and logo change though. Preferably NOT RuneScape related, or with any sort of specific object.

Switch to any of those from time-to-time if you desire a variety.

However I do not support your suggestion as I think the current logo is accustomed to Sythe.org which is also a notable icon of Sythe.org.

The colour of the forums suits it very much and it seems it is much easier to read text of any colour.

In conclusion, no support.
