The Large Hadron Collider: End of the world? Universe?

Ok, Im only in Highschool. but this is what i understand so far. Matter cannot be destroyed, and if something is "sucked" into a black hole, it doesnt exist any more. so theoretically blasck holes dont exist. Scientists cant have any proof they do, or we'd all be dead right?

 

You misunderstood it. The matter that gets sucked in still exist, but it is compressed. At least that's the generally accepted theory, it's not like we can send a probe, since it would be destroyed.

 

How about, we all wait 13 days, come on Sythe and see if anyone still exists - wether it's in this galaxy or the next.

 

How do you go on Sythe to check if you're still alive? If we're dead, we won't be able to go on here, and if we're alive in some other galaxy, I'm sure Sythe.org would be the least of our worries.

 

I believe your stance is that black holes cant destroy everything?
Following on from this I have recently read a book by a science professor at the university of Oxford in England.
The whole book was revolved around how not all black holes have infinite gravite or "Space Weight" He argued that the "Spinning" Black holes did exactly what their name suggest and the centrifugal force created is enough to break the strong gravitational attraction which would usually destroy anything that came within its grasp.

The existance of these "Spinning" Black holes is yet to be proved, and could possible be a great insight into the way we see the word.

 

If I was in another galaxy sythe would be the first thing on my mind. I ment it by saying, if we're able to sit at our chairs and browse Sythe, it's false. If we can't - it's true?
