    The importance of family history

1/40.000~ are born with metachromatic leukodystrophy. I most recently had the news of a very, very dear family member of mine have been diagnosed with it.
You can look it up, and see for yourself.

I am devastated, living so far away from my family in times like these makes it even harder. I had so many family traumas as of late, I can’t bare it much longer, I don’t expect anyone here being able to help me. You can’t fix what is already broken.

9/10th week of pregnancy you can test for such diseases, don’t be naive and think it’s never going to happen you. There are no cures when it comes to genes, syndromes and so fourth.
