[EBAY]: My listings keep getting taken down

Hey everyone, I was selling a Replica jersey, and I listed that it was Replica on ebay. The listing got taken down, and ebay explained why. I'm okay with this, however.. if you search "Replica jersey" on ebay, you will find 100's that havn't been taken down and have been up or a LONG time. I'm wondering how I can ensure my item won't get taken down..
I've also done this with movies. I bought Harry potter seasons from china (fake, but you can't tell the difference) and some how ebay also took off that listing, however I've seen the exact some ones up on ebay.

I know this may seem a stupid response, but have you tried explaining this situation to them in an email?

 

Generally eBay listings are only removed when either the item violates the law or the original manufacturer requests a trade removal.

I have sent them an email, but they never answered why other sellers were aloud to do so. I was selling a Replica jersey, and it got taken down. (I can understand if ALL the other replica jerseys on Ebay were getting taken down aswell, but I seem to be one of the only ones.. I asked someone about this and they said to list in it French but that didn't work.
I understand WHY it got taken down, but don't understand why other peoples exact same product doesn't.
