Pins Trades Sms/Pbp:
Person With Cash - Gives MM link to enter pin and cash.
Person With Pin - Gives MM pin.
Middleman - Enters pin and checks that it works.
Middleman - Gives Player 2 cash and tells player 1 that he is a member.

Runescape Account Trades/Account Names (Level 3-70 Because Of Hacking..):
I would say that you should not go with the trade if there is no way of recovering the account.
Person Buying - Gives MM the amount of cash being traded for account.
Person With Account - Gives MM all the infomation to the account like user pass existing pass and recovs.
MM - Waits till player 1 is satisfied with the account and MM gives Player 2 money, if not all refunds are required.

Runescape Sigs/Avatars:
Person Needing Sig/Avatar: Give Cash 50k-1m lol.
Person With Sig/Avatar: Gives To Middleman.
Middleman: Switch It Over.
