Disk of Returning

I have a question to ask you guys.
This guy on the black market forum is wanted to trade me a disk for a $10 ultimate game card. Do you think it is worth it? Also what is the street price of a disk? I also dont have 90m for the disk only 50m. So how could I make some quick junk too.

Try and buy a rising merch item and use it as junk when it gets dumped.

 

I think it is crashing, but I would buy one if it was me, as imo it is very rare.

 

Try a h'ween or santa over disk? At least you wear it. Disks are looking pretty dismal atm, and though they still have a decent street price, I ain't seen one traded for phats/shields in quite a while.

 

I would buy it personally, very rare and will rise over time.

 

Disks were incredibly rare ($100+) a few monthes ago, and it will rise again eventually. If you have the cah it's a great thing to hold on to.

 

Disk has a street price of like 200m atm, so it's gonna be hard to get it through traditional methods. I'd say the disk alone is worth $10-15 cash

 

If I recall disks are still a few 100m short of their previous street price, so I thin video's estimate is about right.

 

Can anyone tell me what the disk even does? Just an item with no use?

Players used to be sent to some prison or somthing before my time, only way to get to them was to use disk.

it used to allow you to exit the black hole in lunbridge in rs classic. the real non-exitable black hole was for banned players, and faGex made a fake one so non-banned people could see what it was like. Then you would spin the disk to leave.

Since the black hole no longer exists, they're useless rares now that just sit in your inventory/bank

Jagex added a Dwarf in the Dwarven Mine, and for like 10GP you could buy a disk from him. You would then go down a ladder and you'd be surrounded by darkness. You could spin the disk to return to the surface. They just implimented it to show people what they did with chars they banned.

A lot of people abused this. They hacked a person, took all their items, went down the Black Hole with it and dropped the disk. -> Character's there forever with no way to return. So Jagex removed the disks.

 

It's really rare, you should buy it.

They're rare, but IMO this is because of people hoarding them.. They use to be 10mil (not even 2 years ago) so people could of stocked up.. there's still plenty of them left in economy.. IMO

I would buy it and keep it for long term. It'll rise and you can make a pretty penny .
