Why would you run it on a proxy? But no, you wont get banned for using a proxy.

 

Only reason to use a proxy would be to hide your IP. And the last I knew you couldn't play RS on a proxy.

Were any users of this bot banned from the 9/9/09 bannnings? I'm trying to gather info on who was banned from Sythe, because their is a theory that Jagex used some exploit in vbulliten to get Sythe user's ip address'es and then ban people who had accounts with the same address. Wanted to know if this program had any relation to the bannings because my account was banned and i was a user of v3 and v4.

Let me help you out roner: Sounds like Jagex have been building up a list of bug abusers, gradually over the past month or so (after a few major bugs), and waited for 9/9/09 (because 999 is the UK equivalent of 911) to make more of an impact, so the bug abusers and the victims (of many PVP bugs lately) would hopefully take notice.

Jagex have ways of spotting bug-abuse in-game, they can also use evidence from websites like YouTube, and Sythe, to identify offenders. An IP address though is NOT proof of bug-abuse, and Jagex don't ban for it lightly.

EDIT: It was the first I'd heard about bug-abuse bans on 9/9/09, but according to the RuneScape forums, Jagex have re-evaluated the status of accounts with a large number of offenses, and banned those they felt had slipped through the system. Unlucky, and no, it's not related to RID. You are the only RID member I've heard has been affected, and RID is use-of-third-party-software (macroing), not bug-abuse, if you somehow got caught.

In the telekinesis theater the bot doesn't always find the statue it's supposed to move. Sometimes the statue is in the top right corner of the screen, hidden by the telekinesis points, sometimes the statue is in the middle of the screen.

I really do like this bot, but this is getting annoying. I (and apparently a few other users as well) can't really use the bot as it has all these bugs.

Has the Java compatibility been upgraded in the past few months? I used to be a user of V3 and I couldn't run it on my Mac. Now i have Snow Leopard and was wondering if your programs would run smoother.

By duel booting do you mean running bootcamp? Because i have windows xp installed on my mac book pro but when i try to connect to wi fi in windows it connects but i have no internet.

 

Why wouldn't a java program run on a Mac? If you want your wifi working on Windows you could always google for help. It shouldn't be a big problem.

 

Wait till RID posts, he knows what i mea about Mac and their support for java, MTA ran incredibly buggy and slow on macs in v3.

to help rid with the problems instead of posting them on this board send screenies of ur bot having trouble in a different format then jpg's it helps rid out a lot and he will fix the problems faster then normal if he didn't have screenies. so to help him out SEND IN SCREENIES
