But where you can change the Visible Roofs, Transparencies, etc, above that should be different options for Low Detail, Standard, High Detail, etc.

Other than that maybe someone can provide better instructions

K, you should see standard and high detail when youre logging in. Low detail has been removed from rs as a term and it is now standard detail, so use it.
