What do you do when you purchase it? It says log into your "My Robot".

I even go to https://www.robotzindisguise.com/MyRobot or https://www.robotzindisguise.com/MyRobot/magic.rar and I get a 404.

 

I've already emailed support twice and have gotten no reply back. I will try to email them a third time. Can I send you a pm over sythe?

EDIT: Just downloaded Firefox and I was able to successfully transfer hours from one account to the other. Thanks!

 

Hey robotz, I still have like 8 or 9 hours left so I was wondering if you can transfer the time left to a different account since I sold my old account linked to RID. PM if I can and I'll PM you back the account name I want said hours transferred to. BTW, v1 was still the best 99 mage a year ago. Nice.

From the main site, click on the 'My Robot' tab, from there you can log in to the members area and access the download, as well as some information about your bot.

Hm0ng, you can now transfer hours automatically from the members area of the site. Instructions are included.

Hey when I want to recover my password, it said it sent it to the email I signed up with.. but it didn't send anything. It's been an hour now and I even requested it 2 times D:

 

The password recovery sends out an e-mail right away, but it's not unknown for mail to be delayed, another possibility is a spelling mistake in email address, we don't require e-mail verfication to register. If you still don't have it I recommend writing to customer support, it may take a few hours but if you mention your username and some other details, like the paypal email address, support can recover your password for you.

There is a massive server update on the way, which will make a huge improvement to performance. In testing it's been very impressive, I'd say the best update so far by a long way. It will be online as soon as the domain is resolved to point to the new more powerful US server. There is also going to be a European server introduced to the network. I expect it will all be available within the next 24 hours. I'll keep you posted.

representin88 - if you paid with e-check then your account will be credited once payment clears. E-checks usually take 3-9 days to clear, you can check with PayPal to find out when they estimate your payment will clear. Instant payment methods can experience a short delay while it works through the system but at the most it will only be a few minutes till you are credited. Thanks

 

It is very fast, lightning fast as you said Exactly what I expected, just like V1 I have a problem already with enchant mode though, after it picks up the dragonstones (or the other objects), when the bot presses the enchant button and then is supposed to click on the object, the bot terminates. In graveyard it terminates once the bones have been collected. I suspect telekinetic and alchemist mode might have similar problems too.

Still not working for me. The bot is running, and if I move my mouse it goes into "Pause" mode, but it doesn't take control of the mouse at all.

It used the arrow keys on runescape to change the view, but after that it just sits there for about a minute and then ends task.

Edit: When I try to start the bot while logged out, it also does nothing at all but it is running.

 

I paid with a credit card. My paypal account status says the payment has been completed already, yet Im still getting the out of credit error...

and there is no way to contact you privately because your inbox is full. this is irritating

Within the past few hours we introduced a new server on our domain, and depending on where you are in the world it may or may not be available yet. What's happened is your payment was credited on the old server, but you are now credited on the new server. I've checked PayPal are now sending payment notifications to our new server so this problem is now fixed. Thanks
