RS4Gold..Great

So I went and ordered a Zammy GS for approximately $6.25. I was amazed at the low price so I went and purchased it right away. Go back to the CPU a few hours later and low and behold I received an email stating that the price was displayed wrong therefore I wasn't entitled to the item. I argued that back and forth and threw around a few FTC threats etc just to see if they would ease up..To no avail. While I'm not going to die over $6.25 it's the principal of the matter. If you're a company and display a price and I buy it, you can't turn around and decide its too low and have give backs. That's (to be quite blunt) retarded. I don't think I'll EVER buy from them again. Way to ruin my first time G4RS. If anyone wants a copy of the juicy transcripts I'll be happy to share

In the meantime the operator told me to "-.- no.. they aren't going to give it to you...manager will be here in 2 hours check back."

So I feel i am given the run around. Should I file a formal complaint? What do you fellas think?

It always seems like they throw around the "come back" and "manager will be here later" bullshit too much, it is really frustrating.

 

Yeah. When there is a problem with the customer's satisfaction, they always use the excuse of the manager will be here in x amount of time, come back later shit. It's fucking lies....

OT: When you get back on at 5:30 like they told you, they will tell you another time and will say that the manager has not come yet. Trust me.

 

That's bullshit man. Just file a law suit. I've had enough.

 

Meh, They Filed a Complaint against Me; Because I canceled a payment on paypal after waiting 2 days for a firecape; and wanted to charge me the money for the phone call they made.

 

yea i sold my pure on there 1 time to see if thier ligit and i diddent even get my money so i chatted like 3 times they say come bay in like 3 hrs for a reprensive or something and i got sick of it and filed a law suite and i got my account back and double the money they were gonna give me ... so i would do that cuz thats fucking bullshit that they messed up. its not ur fault u wanted a good deal lol

 

gold4rs is shit, what did you really expect to happen.

 

I've never tried them before so I figured 6.52 wasn't a huge risk. Instead of giving me my item the decided to compensate me a dragon set (lg). It's going to take 70h though

 

Just don't do business with Gold4RS, I was going to sell a pure with 117m wealth on it to them and they gave it back without any wealth on it and said they decided to not buy it lol..

You can't really file a lawsut against them, seeing as buying and selling runescape items is against runescapes T&S in the first place

 

I have had a lot of problems with sites like those in the past. I normally would suggest just buying from sellers here on sythe. They speak english and there is a much smaller chance they will scam you. (If they are are trusted.)

 

I remember selling a main to them, the transfered the money over and said the account was hacked. Lol.

 

I can still file paypal claims and whatnot against them

Don't expect to get your item. Gold4rs.com is a dumb site and they're are stupid.

 

To relate to this,

I once had a similar problem with gold4rs blah blah blah, i wanted my money back or the item i purchased. I went into live chat and told them everything, they said come back in 2 hours. 2 Hours later, I came back and they told me once again 2 hours exactally, i told them that they already told me this and they said "oh ok, here is our manger now."

Point is: They are freacking ridiculious, never trade with them..

 

Just dont argue with them this will make the thing more worse..
