Why are Minecraft accounts so cheap?!

I've just bought Minecraft premium for £16.50 and then I come here and it's like $0.10 an account. Like wtf is that? Why are they so cheap? and what are the risks, cons/pros of it?

 

I honestly think that most minecraft account "sellers" are simply hackers selling the accounts dirt cheap to get rid quickly. Why you might ask?

Alot of minecraft players are of the younger age meaning theyre more gullible to get hacked

And second of all, there is no profit buying an account for 20 eur and selling for 1 euro

 

I agree with this. Seems like the wholesale them to get them out of the door quickly. Best advice for this forum: If it looks too good to be true, then it usually is.

Agreed, I suspect the vast majority of Minecraft accounts being sold dirt cheap have been hacked.

 

You dont get the email for the ones that are 1$,So im 99% sure they're hacked.

 

Mostly hacked/phished.

Most of then if you change the password or skin, the owner will change the password. Some of them were stolen a long time ago, so you can change the password/skin, but still won't have the email.

Also, you don't get to pick your name, which to me is worth the £18 price.
