Questions about amazon....

So today I recently ordered a $150 item on Amazon. It would be due to come on Tuesday of this week, but when I tried to log in to check the status of it, I had been informed my Amazon had been on hold.

I'm wondering if the item I ordered today will still come Tuesday, I asked the operator, but he mis-understood my question, and I didn't want to be rude, so I went along...

Tl;Dr: My account is on hold with a pending item on Amazon, will I still receive the item even though my account is on hold?

Um, there could be something wrong with your payment. You should just ring them, its a lot easier. There is a wide range of things that could be wrong.

 

There is no way of knowing unless they can tell you.

I'm going to guess it's a problem with your payment/card/etc.

You wouldn't have been rude to get answers for your questions. Customer support is there for a reason and they should be doing there job just as if you and I were working there. They're paid to answer your questions.

So i put on a credit card that I found online just because it was needed to sign up for amazon prime.

Anyone know any good excuses to get out of this mess?

Right now I'm stating it's a prepaid card that I bought from someone off a forum.

 

Explain that someone gifted you the card as a present, I am sure they will just cancel your order. Maybe you should report the guy from the forum you bought it from as they could have scammed you.
