    what are they infringing? they dont have any infringiment on there bot, all it does is play the game, which is not illegal.

    Well... if Jagex wins the lawsuit, Ruler and GenoDemoN will probably stop updating neXus, so you can say bye-bye to RSBots, AutoFighter, RSBotting, etc.

    The interesting part, however, is that Jagex asserts that the

    Clause within their Terms and Conditions makes you legally liable for the creation, and use of Macros (which is complete bullshit, tbh).





    Also, for those of you who didn't notice, rsbot seems to have been affected by all of this somewhat, too. There is an "Update Delay" for them, and they have removed every single rsbot download off the GoogleCode page. They have also reset the SVN.

    The odd part is that JaGeX has more to gain from letting them keep operating.
