    Find the highest ranked overall user without a 99.
    Well its a pretty simple game.

    Go through the highscores, and try to find a user with the highest overall rank without a 99.

    One I found was Au H2 O.

    Ranked 9026 without a 99.

    Would be cool if we could find one within the top 5000.

    I'm in the top 4,000's but i have 10 99's. :/

    says "Au H2 0" is not ranked....
