wow i got banned for no reason

it says i scammed someone? infact no, i never scammed anyone.
My internet dropped out before I could pay money/recieve info for account.

I was doing a trade with someone using an admin as a MM.
I never recieved any info of the account, and I never paid anything. i was going to but my internet dropped out..
I thought scamming was to ; "deprive of by deceit" which infact means for the scammer (apparently me) to gain something out of the "trade".

In my case, this isn't what happened. No one was scammed.
