what are the skills needed to own in p2p bh?

I was just wondering what levels...quests and equips you need to be successful in p2p bh, I tried it as a 1 item noob and everyone seems to die very fast. So I was just wondering what skills are needed and stuff.

80+ attk 90+ str or..............void and 99 range.......or...........tank (96+ range and 70+ def) or......... 94 mage for barrage and dt done with a clan
