a few updates in steam sales and csgo market

First there is all these booster wanting to sell here on sythe.. I think its a good idea to use some parts from LoL Boosting section maybe? Getting people Verified for boosting, legit / hacking etc. or only legit ones should be allowed?
    bad thread example: http://www.sythe.org/cs-go-market/1819477-boosting.html
I want other opinions on this too.

Just noticed this in the csgo market rules:
if staff will confirm csgo focused accounts should be moved then i will report future threads.
example threads in Steam Sales that should be in csgo market:
    http://www.sythe.org/steam-sales/18...am-account-linked-esea-invite-go-account.html
    http://www.sythe.org/steam-sales/1818539-wts-csgo-legendary-eagle-master-acc-boosting.html

    now to: http://www.sythe.org/steam-sales/1306853-beginners-guide-steam-account-sales.html
I reported this thread to be unsticky if not updated, and haven't heard anything yet.
    report: http://www.sythe.org/report-spammer-archive/1809184-reported-post-sh4rky77.html

Then there is the verification part on 4 digits or lower. I think it will be a good idea to add the link to verify thread.
There is not even a staff member to verify them..
    example:
I also wonder why Koofal has TWC and Account Verifier. I don't say he should have it removed, just that it looks a bit misguiding?
while we are at verification on 4 digits, then i think it needs a little change.
My own verison of the thread update:
Title: VERIFY 4 DIGITS OR LESS HERE

a few updates in steam sales and csgo market

This has been brought up and declined.

There is no way to verify whether the booster is legitimately boosting, or boosting with hacks. Even if someone claims to be doing it legit, and proves they're skilled enough to do it legit, that doesn't stop them from hacking afterwards.

This puts peoples accounts at risk (if boosting is done on the account) or puts payment at risk (rank rollback from duo queue boosting after the hackers account is banned)
Verified CS:GO boosting will not be approved on Sythe for this reason.

As for the sales threads, those can go in either section. Doesn't really matter. As long as the user isn't double dipping and posting in both.
obviously it's better for it to be done in the CS:GO market, and feel free to report them to be moved, but there's no harm in them being in the steam market.

As for the Beginner guide, I've removed the sticky.

Lastly, in regards to koofal, just because he has a TWC doesn't stop him from verifying accounts. Nothing wrong there.

If I missed anything, PM me.
