What prevents paypal chargebacks on Playerauctions?

Multiple users on sythe do not accept paypal payments from non trusted users as this puts them in the risk of a possible chargeback. On player auctions, I've noticed that you can purchase gold with paypal, but how does this prevent charge backs?

Shouldn't player auctions be aware that people may chargeback after their payment is sent out?

The business model player auctions uses allows them to profit while taking these paypal payments. This includes the hefty fee and notorious verification process.

However I believe it is still possible to chargeback from player auctions, doesn't this affect the seller as well? As he doesn't get paid in the case of a chargeback

Chargebacks through playerauctions have no effect on the seller. If the gold was already delivered you still get paid regardless.

As the person above me said, playerauctions can take this risk and still be profitable. (Due to large volume of trades with fees and their verification process)

The paypal is sent directly to playerauctions, so even if it is charged back playerauctions will still pay you.
