Torsoing, training, and defendering!

Hey guys, its me ARMIN88, well ive decided to start Torsoing, training, alching, and Defendering for Money. Rs2 or Paypal only!

Requirments:

Defender: Ability to get in warriors guild( No shit.. ). Addy armor or better. Rune scimmy or better. Either food in bank or like 30k in inv and a bank pin.(The 30k is to buy food in the shop next to bank in guild) and if you want me to get tokens for you. you must have a steel(or better) helmet, legs, and pl8.

Training: Don't matter what level. Just food and the best wep it can hold probably.

Torsoing: Level 75+(unless you already beat queen) Rune armor or better. rune wep or better(unless you beat atack role). And that's all i can think of.

Alching: u supply nats and fire staff( Duhh ) and watever im alching

Methods: If you are trusted enough ill go first, but if you are not, either you first, trusted mm i choose, and i barely ever go 50/50.
