I'm not getting 43 prayer anytime soon so no firecape, I'm gonna get slayer up and cannon my way up to 70.

 

I'm currently making an Obby ranger, my current stats are: 86 strength, 60 hp, 45 range. I will be maxing out my strength soon and I'll probably be getting 70-80 hp. My question is, what is your range level and what do you recommend me getting?

I'd suggest u get 60 ranged so you can keep using the range to maul combo without leveling cb, when you're 99 str and 1 att you'll get range based at 68 ranged.
