Requesting a background check

The two members' different skype match in IP and therefore I'm requesting a background check on the two users.

None of them are banned, nonetheless I don't understand why anyone would need 2 different sythe accounts with different skypes.

May just be a coincidence with IP being phone as well, I don't know.

Two accounts isn't against the rules unless the accounts are interacting (bumping, vouching, etc).
