Thank & groan System

[Wav]

I suggest That There should Be A thanks And groan System For bad Postes Or good postes Basicly -1500 groans User Will Be banned By A sythe Vote From All users 1000+ Thanks Should Be promoted To Whatever The staff Wish To So its a kind of system that judges the person on a bad post or a good post
