Other relevant trade screenshots: Basically the whole story of this is at first I purchased a boost from D4 > D1 on League of Legends and then this guy basically said he cannot do it if I do not pay more for the service or accept less. So I then agreed on D4 > D2, as long as the booster played the champs I wanted and the role I wanted. He agreed. Once the boost was started by someone he found he was playing none of the champions I asked for. After a day of playing no LP had been gained and by the second day I was demoted. The booster had negative KDA's most games as well and I doubt he was capable to begin with. During this the owner of this company asked me for money again.

The conversation is long and would take probably hours to screenshot. The discord I used was a throwaway discord that I offer the username and password to the person reviewing the case to read all the proof he wants. I want to make sure this boosting company does not use this site anymore to help others from being scammed like I have been. Please let me know if I need to provide any more info or anything. He still owes me 100 EUR that I am currently going through a paypal dispute with him now.

I'm waiting to solve dispute on paypal. I am and my team decided to refund 50% of boost worth, because we don't tolerate rude behaviour. We met all requirements of customer. We were playing with right summoners keys and right role. We had few wins in the row and guy were complaining about our service and call borrish things to me and especially my booster. That was first situation like this, because we hate to cooperate with childish people. I can show dozens of orders those were completed without any problems and with 100% customer happines. The rest of money has been transfered to my booster those spent a lot time to try boost this guy, but him was dusturbing them whole time.

 

Did you provide him with a warning to calm down the behavior? You're not allowed to just quit mid-services without giving a warning. Also, when dealing in the type of business you do you state about 'Childish people" You can't just quit an order because someone is being "Childish". You are responsible for the order and you knew the risk of that going in to the trade.

 

To clarify I did call off the boost after they got me demoted and lost a game after demotion where the booster afked in the middle of the game just standing in base and moving slightly every once in a while. He then offered to give me 160 EUR refund at first with 30 EUR coming later when he could do it, which is shown in the screenshots. The total order was 200 EUR and he only did 50% (100 EUR). His excuse is that he paid his booster already which in my opinion you should never pay the booster before he's finished the order if you're a boosting company. People use the companies to basically Middle-man to a booster if i were to guess.

I multiple times said to calm down and our team were doing everything to fit the whole requirements, but this guy just doesn't care about hard human work. I refunded him 50%, because I had to pay to my boosters and I hope this kid will learn something to respect money and other people, who are especially nice for him. It's first situation as I mentioned. If customer ask politely to refund we do it without problems, but we will combat borrish people who say that we knew nothing about boosting and my booster not are capable to did a boost. I wasted enough time for this guy I could do bunch of other things.

 

Can you provide proof of this statement?

You should understand the way trading works, not all customers are going to be Cooperative. Either way can you provide proof of the warnings?

This guy at the first talking to us twitch jungle is not proper pick for this role and then he agreed to end boost with those picks. After my booster played some games and demoted by accident he wanted to get refund, when booster could get 2 division up in following day. He knew better about his skills though. I was talking him a lot and wanted him to calm down, but his childish behaviour won

 

So you have proven he was not satisfied with your service and would like a refund? Why did you not refund him? Judging by the screenshots it looks like you have tried every way possible to keep the money. I still don't see where you provided proof of warning him about his behavior? Personally, if I paid for a service and this kind of stuff was going on I would be a bit angry myself.

I will say once again that I paid my employees, when without reason customer wanted cancel an order. I can't refund whole money, because this guy costs me time and my stress, as well I paid to workers. I'm under dispute with this guy and I waiting for progress. In my opinion it's kinda funny when I get ban for providing cheap and high quality service with exception, when someone don't wanna co-operate with us and make us job harder

 

He asked for a refund and you blatantly avoided it. You are responsible for the money since you could not complete the full service. You have not proven you quit because of his behavior, if you do not provide any of that you will be banned.

 

I have refunded amount that I was responsible for. I am waiting for paypal decision. It's pointless deal with problem with borrish person. I haven't met similar person before in my boosting service.

 

If it was that much of a problem you should have warned him for his behavior and you failed to do so. You just quit doing the service in this case you're not allowed to do that.

 

Yes. Just getting everything together and once the dispute is handled the payment will be decided based upon that decision.

Just called me annoying and childish the entire time he had this order while just trying to explain how I would never play the one champ his person was playing.

So apparently he unblocked me. I was testing just to show where i got blocked in the conversation. I tried to make an offer of if he refunded 85 EUR (which means he keeps 15 EUR) I would drop all of the disputes everywhere. But he's refused this even..

A bit later he said he agreed to it but now doesn't have the funds to refund it.

He is either not going to refund or does not have any money. Either he just keeps lying sadly.

I have provided you screenshot that I am unable to do this cuz dispute is analysing by PayPal. I aint gonna unblock you to cuz I have headache from reading this trash. Enjoy blackmailing me.

 

Well I am not removing the dispute before I receive the money like I said. I don't really care that you call everything I say "trash" or whatever, you owe me money and that's all that matters. So whichever way you want to do it is fine by me. All you showed me was screen shots that you have 0 paypal balance and that you couldn't do it and refused to translate the error for me.
