Do not give them items first unless they are Guru+ on their title. (You can tell, everyone above guru normally has other pictures under their name.)
Not all people guru+ are 100% trustworthy still, but they are deemed more trustworthy for the length they have been active.)

If they are not, they are not trusted either so do not lose your items. Sythe is full of scammers and no one here can deny that.

I just wanna warn you since everyone else is acting like you are the one at fault, when in reality it works both ways.
