i couldn't tell you but try to go as simple as possible if that doesn't work use no text. No text is better then crappy text.
Maybe if you moved jirachi to the side a bit, right pref. the text makes it look kinda funky, and uneven. if it was my sig then id move jirachi more to the right, in enhance the left with some sort of effect and then add text, id also enhance jirachi more. like blinds of light streaking down like doom desire. for text id use some sort of cursive.
Text doesn't look that great. Try experimenting with different positions, techniques, and blending options.
