When asked if his PINs are SMS, he responds...

This means he goes in to chat rooms, and pretends he's a girl to get guys to text him, then he sends them the runescape payment by SMS text. They give him the PIN, and he blocks them.

A few weeks from that time, the person he got the PIN from will realize their phone bill was charged $7.95, and the person who bought the PIN from him gets a negative Jcoin account charge.

User needs to be banned or TWC'd. You can clearly tell he is avoiding answering if they're SMS or not, because he has perfect english, but everytime someone asks if they're SMS pins, his english all of a sudden becomes poor and he says, "i geting pins from chat", to deceive people in to thinking he's just some foreigner who can't speak proper english, and that his pins are legit.

Also claims he is not responsible if you get negative days charged back to your account, thinking he is safe if it happens to someone, and that he can't be banned.
