    I don't think you're the right person to help, I mean look at your sig:

    You're offering to help with others' site, when you need help with your own? Not the kind of person I'd hire.

    Your site is also a free site, so it barely shows any skill.

    You didn't even finish configuring your forum!

    Maybe before helping with others and their site, you should learn to fix your site first.
