There has literally been 10 threads appear in the past hour and a bit, one will keep it more structured and less spammy? Maybe merge them all or something?

That would be good as there is no room for other threads there.

It may help, but it definitely won't completely stop the flooding of topics. People barely even read stickys.

If it's constantly being posted in and the other threads get merged into there people will notice the high post count in it when they enter the section and the fact it says Last Post : Today @ ??:??am or w/e. It will help a lot, and with the amount of topics for RS2 in there, it takes up a lot of room. If they actually release it would it be able to have it's own section like RSC does?

Yeah it would definitely require a separate section if it was released. Especially for the market.
