RuneScape ~ I Don't Know Anymore

Hey, everyone!

I have been slowly-steadily playing RuneScape ever since my maxed main account was unfortunately hacked, and stolen from me -- along with it's wealth.

I have two semi-botted spare accounts that I use, one being maxed combat.

I've played enough to realize that skilling isn't fun to me anymore. For the most part, my main was a legit account.

I can only find myself logging in now, just to stare at my screen because I don't know what to do. My maxed combat account (the one I'm currently using) doesn't have any cash or items on it, and is F2P.


Basically, my question to everyone is:

What should I do to help make the game more enjoyable again?​

personally its your choice, i enjoy pvp personally, but par that you could allways try boss hunting or slayer? or even mini games, i have a close friend that plays alot of Fist of guthix

 

Smoke marijuana while slowly detaching yourself from runescape. Its a dead or almost-dead game.

ive had the same problem. i started playing legitly, making some bank, joining a clan and found it a bit more enjoyable again. Dont get too attached though or everything will become a competition, an hour or two a day is what keeps me going.

Good idea. I haven't done a whole ton of mini games.

Learn to pk,thats what kept me playing.

 

Personally, I enjoy PVP and PVM (bossing) the most. Or doing things like trips to revenants to test my luck and see what kind of treasure I can find ^_^

You mention that you have a maxed main too? Maybe you can get into box staking on him on P2P and make some money. Even if you just had 5-10M to start, you could double or triple that in minutes after a few boxing matches.

Oh and whats really fun is laughign your ass off on vent / skype on pk trips !

 

buy some giftcards/rsmembershipcards and sel lthem here for GP then you'll have cash, which inturn will make the game abit more enjoyable.

 

Why not simply move on? You don't NEED to play Runescape. It seems silly to force yourself to play a video game when you're not even enjoying it.

Get this problem alot just log in and stare blankly at the screen, i quit for long times when it happens..Recently came back and set goals for max combat and like 92 herb 88 summoning so i can start bossing alot..Its the only thing i want to do in RS at the moment and its pretty fun trying to achieve the goals.

 

You sure you can't get your main back?

 

The main reason i quit RS is because i didn't have any goals anymore.
Try to choose some entertaining goals, not too easy yet not too hard and that should keep you busy

 

I kinda had the same experiance but didnt get hacked i just got bored of my maxed main cause there was nothing interesting no more.

I decided to make a pure, because this would give me goals to aim for and keep me busy and not bored. I am really enjoying RS again now so if you wana do a similar thing PM me and we can help eachother out and add in-game etc to make it more of a challenge and fun.

 

joining a clan and going pking got it interesting for me !

 

Try getting your main back, if your on the same IP you registered on then you should win recoveries. Anyway, you don't HAVE to play RS, I'll admit it's not as good as it once was. There are other games than RuneScape remember.
