    Temp Bans and Dispute an Infraction forum
    Might need to add another tier to the infraction level, otherwise this is easily exploitable.

    Day 1: user gets 5 infractions
    Day 4: user is unbanned and gets two more infractions
    Day 11: user is unbanned and continues to gets infractions
    Day 31: users first 5 infractions expire, but he is still above the 7 infraction so it's impossible for the user to be temp banned.
