Telesope Scammer

I am reporting the new member that joined Sythe recently, by the name of Telescope. He came on Sythe selling the level 200 w/ 10 99's that he scammed from a member of TTG, and resulted in his TTG account being banned. Notice he has the same name on here as he did on TTG.

So I confront him on Skype asking him to give the account back OR even simply provide proof of him paying for it, he consistently says no.

He consistently claims hes not going to do it and tell me he has my IP and whatnot. He is a scammer and was banned from TTG simply for hacking the RS account from the TTG Member XeMoma. The account he has up for sale is NOT his.
