Otherthanu scammed me

I sold a 5 digit account to Otherthanu, I went first. He said he had some problems with his dad so I waited 2 hours. He didn't send the cash or anything, and blocked me on MSN. He has my account (worth over 70$) and I hasn't got any cash from him.

And when my friends wrote to him that he had 2 choices - either to give back or pay me the cash, he said that he had a proxy so he didn't care if he got banned... Please ban him.
