Rock5tar is a scammer by kill

Ok well Rock5tar has been building his reputation here on sythe over the past month with his gp shop so i thought it will be a good idea to purchase mils from him so i decided to do some incresements and the first one was for 50mil
here you can see he says he will transfer the 50 mil in an hour and proof that the money was sent

I get home tired from work and very excited to find that there is nothing on my account but my some stuff he bought and he is getting my account prepared and he will do in right there and then. I was told he was going to do it about 5 times and it never happened here is just one of the times that he said he is going to do the xfer right there and there

Than his method got patched and went downhill from there. I waited for days for my gold and never received it.I understand that stuff like this happens but he had 4 days and made a lot of promises that he lied about. Now me and atleast two other people are in this sitation maybe more im not sure. We asked for refunds and he said he will give us one on tuesday becuase he spent our money. Now he is taking more orders and still doing business why he has this on him. I do not belive it is fair that i have to wait till tuesday for a refund and and i dont even beleive i will get one than. He seemed like a good guy to me and maybe really has had no time but he did lie and i think he should atleast have a twc or temp bann untill he refunds or gives every gp he owes.

 

is anyone going to look at this ... he said i will get a refund on tuesday and now it is sunday ........ and now he said hes stopping refunds untill he wins a court case? can some1 do something about this already
