But I agree, that is fucking disgusting. My biggest question was how the hell did nobody notice?? I find that impossible to believe that nobody saw/heard anything happening.

I disagree with that. People shouldn't view child molesters as murderers. The teenager is much better off with some mental help. Besides we already have enough tax money wasted into prisons.

it's disgusting, I have a 6 year old myself....But honestly...he is 13!! he was probably horny and an idiot...mix those two things and you have yourself a rapist...

It does not mean that he can not be helped...He can be saved...

I know from personal experience...When I as 12/13 I was ready to kill and just looking for a chance...a few arrests, 6 months in a detention centre and 2 years in a group home...I am now 23 and repress my urge to kill people for fun...He can end up doing the samething...

Curiosity is too lenient a label im afraid. He has to be pretty mentally unstable to successfully follow through with such an act- especially in public.

You're a very apathetic person. You're just as depraved as the offender if not more, for adamantly believing that this would ever be a sensible, ethical prospect of punishment. Not too point out the redundancy in castrating an already dead teenage boy, hung by the neck. The act of castrating his corpse would then be a shallow, barbaric notion. Logic fail.
