teamtrustaio emptied my bank (osrs)

i asked him to kill jad for me, he agreed to do so for 400k. i said omg ill pay u 1m if you can actually do it. he said when he is fighting jad, he will call me to show me how hes guna do it... the man scammed all my valuables and left my account at the g.e.
