Team speak on Linux

Ok so basically, whenever someone sends me a message on teamspeak it pops up over everything and moves me from workspace 1 to workspace 2 which is very annoying, especially when youre doing something so I was wondering if any of you know how to disable this or something? Ive checked the settings and couldnt spot anything and no I cant have it in workspace 1 either. Has to be in a different workspace. Linux Mint.
