I think I know what you're talking about. My friend got me recon a few days ago, and I now have the Endure achievement error on bungie.net, so I can't unlock recon. Can this be fixed?

 

Can you PM me your gamertag so I can check the achievements on Halo 3 and Halo ODST so I will see if I can fix it

 

I've done this for a ton of people, without "VIP modding tools", and none of them have been caught. I'm curious as too what's so special about your modding tools? I'm pretty sure a modded gamerscore is a modded gamerscore. There's no "safe" way of doing it.

 

Public modding tools uses the same security code but VIP modding tools uses different security code so it's less chance of getting caught and later on Microsoft will check it since Infinity Ward are now banning people on MW2 of the modded leaderboard stats
