WTF?!? Help

Well i stopped playing WoW for about 5 month and i got a email saying i was perm banned.I was confused and i thought it was a scam , i bought cataclysm yesterday and a 60 day card because i want to play again.
For some reason it didnt let me download cataclysm.
I went onto my account summary and it said this :

Just to be clear... you received an email saying you were banned from blizzard, and before you checked it's validity, you spent fifty dollars on the game?

Also, 1-800-592-5499 - 7AM - 8PM Pacific Time, seven days a week

im guessing your account was phished and used in a scam/trade/advert. call up the blizzard hotline and have them ip scan your account, you should not have a problem
