Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: The buyer was in conversation with the SCAMMER and by the time he sent me a PM on sythe, I had a little chat with him of which I had NO idea what he was talking about until he was scammed by someone else. unfortunately my mistake was telling him "I am nexus service" without verifying what he was talking about first or asking "what he needed". I assume that was my mistake, that's all I have to say for now, I send them all to create tickets on my server and try not to talk to the private one.
