Eric904P - bannend as blackhat

Hello! First of all, I am not going to deny that the user on Hackforums known as Eric904P IS in fact me. However, I do not see how my activities on that forums, small as they are, warrant a permanent ban from Sythe. I have never scammed anybody or attempted to hack anybody on Sythe or any other forums. I would like to go through the post in which I was reported, and rebuke and explain his points of evidence, in order to show you what I mean.

First link given by the guy reporting me: This was posted two years ago. I was once part of a forum called "********" under the alias Eric904P, and a majority of the members there were phishers. I never owned a phisher, and never used one. I honestly do not even remember posting this in hackforums. I would guess that I wished to share this program on ********, in order to gain more renown.

The second link - I am asking somebody to help me gain access to a weebly account. I DO remember why I wanted access to that. That webpage was a phisher link that I had followed and I had lost most of my bank on Runescape. I wanted to figure out how the fuck he did it (source code was obfuscated). Again, this post is over 2 years old.

The third link is more recent: I post the code for a JDB. This code is not mine. I saw somebody was asking for one, and I simply googled source code for a JBD and copy-pasted it to share. I have never in my life created a JBD, or used one.

Now, since I do realize me explaining why I posted these things on HF don't really do much, I would ask you guys to take a look at my post count on HF. 27. I have been a user for over 2 years. If I was some blackhat hacker, don't you think I would be more active than that? Or more shady? The Skype Eric904P includes a real life picture of me... my real hometown... Im pretty sure if you googled me you could find my Facebook. Pretty blackhat, huh?

Also, if we look at where I have been posting on HF - I post in the league of legends section, and the coding section. I am in college, and I am studying to become an IT professional. Hence I am able to help people out with coding. That and I love to play league, so I post in that section once and a while.

Now, if you still think I am some super ninja blackhat coder, I would ask you to talk to the other people that I have traded with here on Sythe. 98% of the time, I go first. I have purchased over 150$ worth of boosts from people, and trusted them so I went first. Somebody tried to scam me, and so I made a thread to get him banned when he re-appeared as a vader. I have never tried to force anybody into any sorts of shady deals. I have been nothing but an upstanding member of this community in every way I know possible.

I think that it is 100% unfair and unjust for me to be banned because of minor activity on a coding/blackhat website, especially because the most incriminating posts are from over two years ago.

If you do not trust me in a trade, use a middleman. Heck, most of the time Ill go first to you anyway. But for the love of god, don't ban me from here. I am just starting to get settled here and know a few people, I check the various league sections multiple times a day. I am having a really good time here on Sythe, and I would NEVER try to scam another member.

I have added the mod who banned me on Skype, but have yet to hear from him. A ban like this feels like I am being assumed guilty without question, against that whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing.

If it would make you guys feel better, I would be more than willing to delete/inactivate my HF account (if at all possible). I am not a hacker, and never will be.

 

This isn't a dispute. The offenses are valid and because of that you'll have to request a pardon which this post seems like anyway.
