Not sure if it's ban worthy, but though I might aswell post it here. According to him, he and some friends will be creating a forum, and one of the sections will be hacking. You can see the thread here: http://www.sythe.org/donor-lounge/1741003-help-me-forum-name.html

This means that he is:

Accepting Hacking (meaning he is creating a resource for people to discuss hacking techniques, or whatever hackers do.)

This also could possibly imply that he himself is involved in it (hacking) himself, because most people that are not hackers (that I know), would not even entertain the idea.

Banned the user for blackhat. A user suggested it to be removed and he chose to ignore it.
