RuneLocus says its online but nobody can connect!!!!

    RuneLocus says its online but nobody can connect!!!!
    Ok, On runelocus it says my server is online... But noone can connect, even me. 0.0.0.0 and 127.0.0.1 work for me, but my ip dosnt, even though it says its online. whats wrong?

    If its any help im using uTorrent...

    Already forwarded, didn't work, thats why I'm using uTorrent. And if I havn't forwarded it would say that its offline on runelocus anyway.
