Ha my neighbor has one of those. Makes his own bullets. Very nice gun I must say. I, on the other hand, bought a new guitar today.

 

My dad reloads his own ammo aswell,

and I highly doubt he makes his own bullets. That would require smithing, etc.. ;] The projectile in a cartridge is called the bullet, which all reloaders buy..

My uncle was controlling tanks for military practice for 15 years.
He also had to teach Iraqi Soldiers how to shoot perfectly with like AK 47s and other weapons.
